Application Updates
O2 has 3 active Land Use Redesignation applications in Crescent Heights that propose mixed use, multi-residential development. The applications propose to redesignate a collective 19 parcels that share several boundaries, enabling the potential to be comprehensively planned.
O2 recently submitted LOC2025-0322 to enable 6 storey multi-residential development. We are hosting an open house to share the proposed application and collect community feedback. We are also hosting a second open house for LOC2024-0221 to communicate an update to the application, increasing the southern portion of the site from 6 storeys to two buildings, one at 15 storeys and one at 6 storeys. Please join us to share your feedback on one or both of these applications.
